great stay in erfurt, best hotel of the trip! huge comfy room overlooking the "bridge." helpful staff and good coffee service. loved the free underground parking and generous breakfast buffet. would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast spread was diminished and staff seemed more focused on clearing than providing.

The foul smell in the staircase of the adjoining building may come from the sewage system, but a 4* hotel should definitely do something.

Great breakfast buffet, very rich. Room was facing the park on the Krämerbrücke, but we slept well despite the open window.

The hotel offers good facilities. The breakfast is comprehensive and savory, with options like yogurt and salmon. The location is convenient, close to posh shops, a drugstore, many restaurants, the Merchant's Bridge, and various sights in town.

The location in Erfurt is unique.

The parking situation is completely inadequate. I have searched for a disabled parking lot because I need more space to get out

The location is perfect! Room was nice, modern..really good, but the bathroom..buffet was also great. Although quite crowded but it was pointed to quiet breakfast times .. (there was a traffic light system in the elevator shown).

.. The bathroom was unfortunately not quite as nicely prepared as the rest of the room and hotel. In the bathroom it smelled very drained and the shower had its best day long behind (would need to be swapped!) - Room 102), and the hair dryer could be better.

The location is perfect, right beside the bridge in the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The traditional restaurant with a garden was worth the money, with good service. The breakfast buffet had a generous selection and the staff were exceptionally courteous. The room was spacious and even had a small kitchen. Underground parking was convenient, although we had to walk a bit in the rain to reach our room.

Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.

Breakfast was very rich and like homemade. Despite a crowd we had good seats overlooking a green courtyard. Beds and bath comfortable and well maintained.

Maybe you could better identify the access to the hotel from the Krämerbrücke.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of Erfurt was perfect, right by the Krämer Bridge and along the river. The staff were extremely helpful and the service was top-notch. We enjoyed a delicious and rich breakfast with a good selection of dishes. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had excellent air conditioning. The hotel had a fresh and light atmosphere, and we appreciated the charming reception staff.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a really nice stay and would love to go back. The setting was quite great and lovely within easy reach of Merchand's Bridge. The staff were extremely friendly the whole time.

It was a great location for walking to see the city. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. Parking was 10 euros and was a crowded underground lot but we were glad to have a place as there was lots of road construction and blocked streets around the hotel.

Good-sized and spotless rooms with a full-size desk and utterly kind service. A small balcony, climate control, and an excellent air conditioning available. Great location, a 10-15 minute walk from Erfurt Cathedral. Bars and restaurants in the area...

Great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the action. Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety of choices. The holiday offers are a bonus.

The noise level from the street can be a bit much. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to request a room facing away from the street.

The location is direct in the cite center, the offer price was perfect, WLAN access in the room, modern design, clean rooms, nice atmosphere.

Due to space (slit) between windows and the walls it was rather cold in the room, though the heating was switched on
